Since we have a limited number of rooms and cannot overbook as hotels do, we require a prepayment of one night or 50% of your stay, whichever is greater. We ask you to pay at the time of making your reservation, or, if your visit is more than thirty days away, we ask for the prepayment one month in advance. You may pay by credit card, check or money order. Your balance will be due at check out. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
All reservations must be cancelled within 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a full day charge plus tax.
Early departures without a 48-hour notice will result in a full day charge plus tax.
If the reservation is made within 72 hours of arrival, the cancellation deadline must be no earlier than 18.00 PST.
